About Me
Aloha, I am Samādhi
Transformational Wellness Specialist, Massage Therapist, Wataflow Practitioner, Tantric Dakini, Yogi, Fire Dancer, and Breathwork Facilitator.
I am here with my offerings today because I have survived my personal challenges to turn breakdowns into breakthroughs. It is now only a natural part of my process to utilize the tools and insights I have gained to support others in their transcendence and re-emergence into a life of connection, ease and grace.
In spite of the traumas one has faced, with perseverance and resilience, it is possible to achieve a state of gratitude for all of one's life experiences. Oftentimes we just need a little help - no one is meant to traverse life alone! In fact, studies show that social support is the #1 contributor to physical and psychological health. When I really needed it, all it took was having one person there offering to listen.
Everything gets better together. I am here for you.
I offer this support through touch, empathy, intuition, insight and sharing the many tools I have gathered, across the full spectrum of holistic healing: from breathwork, to yoga, to learning how to better communicate and relate with ourselves and others, to reparenting and the RRP model, to EFT and EMDR, embracing adventure and change, naturalism, somatic embodiment and emotional release techniques, psychotherapy practices, tantra and sacred sexuality and beyond.
I have a B.S. in Anthropology and Geography with a Concentration in Indigenous Societies and International Relations- this has offered me a greater universal perspective and a scientific background. During and after university I began global travels as well as living in intentional and permaculture communities where I greatly expanded in my personal growth journey. Traveling, I participate in many programs, courses and workshops around manual and psychological therapies, working with various cultures, languages and techniques. In 2021, I became officially licensed as a massage therapist at the comprehensive and transformative Maui School of Therapeutic Massage. Also in Maui, I had the great pleasure to participate in a 9-month psychotherapy and embodiment program where an intimate container of 12 students met in person 1-2x a week to practice new techniques. I hold a certificate in Counseling and specialize in supporting survivors with Complex PTSD as they tap in to their innate resilience. In my practice, in addition to top athletes, Navy Seals and A-listers, I also work with many individuals with Stage 4 cancer and terminal diagnoses and firsthand witness miraculous visible, tangible, and medically-backed health improvements in as little as one session.
I will be the first to say that I am not the answer; rather I am here to guide you deeper in to you. True change begins within; our commitment to our intentions get us there.

Overcome time, and all we have left is Now."

Mission
My offerings are a culmination of my life's work at supporting myself through my personal healing journey.
Due to personal necessity, and sheer will, I have learned a plethora of modalities and techniques across the full spectrum of holistic health and wellbeing. With these practices I have completely turned my life around, like a phoenix rising from the ashes and a lotus blooming from the mud. Whereas before life appeared bleak before me, I now exude vital radiance and resilience, safety and stability, connection and creativity, organic positivity and succulent health. Let me be living proof that YOU CAN TOO. I could not have gotten here without reaching out for mentors and guides. Sometimes we just need a little support. None of us were made to go through this life alone!
Perhaps you are familiar with the term samādhi from Buddhist, Jainist or Hindu traditions, and as the last step of the Eightfold Path of Yoga. To enter into samādhi is to reach a state of pure consciousness, of total self-collectedness and a sensation of union with all that is. Samādhi is most often achieved through the sustained application of concentration on a practice such as meditation, yoga, pranayama or tantra. Personally, massage and embodiment practices also take me to quite a transcendent state, and I know I am not alone!
Thus, the intentions with my offerings are to support others in their healing journeys through the tools I have gathered, and as such to contribute my part to more equanimity and wholeness in the collective consciousness. I believe my role as a healer is to open myself as a channel to be an instrument of healing energy to come through. It does so through my touch, intuition, and insight, and the empathy I have gained from living my varied version of the human experience.
Furthermore, when we embody something, we become an expression of it. We include it into our being. We live it in our daily lives. Hence, the mission of Samadhi Embodied is to support my clients in embodying the liberation, joy, empowerment, and the sensation of oneness that are our birthrights, from this point forward! What better time than now?
Transformational Wellness Coaching:
Psychotherapy, Embodiment, and Adventure
Additionally, I have over a decade of training and experience in anthropology (with a concentration in Indigenous Societies and International Relations), psychology, psychotherapeutic techniques and somatic embodiment practices. I hold a certificate in Counseling and am a trauma-informed therapist, specializing in supporting survivors of complex trauma to transcend limiting beliefs and reclaim their innate vitality.
A remarkable teacher for me that also must be mentioned, has been travel and leading an adventurous life. I have lived in and traveled 25 countries and counting, including a year of sailing, and adventure has been great medicine assisting me in many rebirth processes. I will weave elements of this into my support as I encourage you to safely get out of your "comfort zone" and turn your dreams into your plans.
Bodywork
I received training in many modalities in the exquisite spa-destination of Maui, Hawaii, as well as internationally in courses taught by teachers and 1:1 around the world: Thailand, Croatia, France, Mexico, Italy, Costa Rica and Spain.
Rather than simply give a massage, I curate healing experiences for my clients based on their specific needs. I make sure to understand clients' intentions for the experience, any painful areas or areas needing special attention, as well as their health, posture, stride and relevant history. I combine all of this information with my intuition to deliver treatments as unique as the bodies and beings I am working with.
My range of offerings is wide and includes Swedish and Relaxation Massage, Deep Tissue and Athletic Massage, Lomi Lomi, Orthobionomy (Positional Release Technique), Bioenergetics/Orthonomy, Hot Stone and Hydrotherapy, Neuromuscular Therapy (Trigger Point Technique), Body Mobilization Techniques, Craniosacral, Myofascial Release, Jin Shin Do and Zen Shiatsu, Reiki and Energy Work, CBD and Spa Treatments, Sound Therapy via Biofield Tuning Forks and instruments, Aromatherapy, Wataflow Water Massage, and more.
Throughout the massage I adjust pressure according to your preferences, and am always sure to check in. Additionally, for anyone who is like me who wonders if the massage will be deep enough, I can assure you: my deep tissue clients often express surprise at my strength in spite of my petite stature!
I use handcrafted, high-quality natural and organic oils and lotions for my services, and make my natural aromatherapy blends myself. Check out my shop to see if they are available.
Breathwork
Additionally, I have over a decade of experience practicing and facilitating pranayama (breathwork). Once one understands how working with the breath can completely revolutionize one's life, focusing on the breath becomes a natural and essential act.
Wataflow
On the island of Ibiza, Spain, I had the great pleasure of training with the founder of Wataflow, Oceano Wataflow. This training was a powerful initiation into a practice that had been calling me for quite some time.
Wataflow is a unique and compelling form of bodywork in the water. It is a meditation in motion, a dance in the sacred element of water. Through Wataflow we connect with our emotional body, as the water represents our feminine energy, our emotions.
When the mind switches off, we can connect with a place inside ourselves where time and space do not exist; it essentially returns us to our true nature. By bringing the inner waters back into a state of flow, the receiver can release traumatic experiences, blockades and stagnant energy.
Being held in a space of unconditional love where your vulnerability is welcomed, can be a deep transformational healing experience, which feels like rebirthing.
A Wataflow session includes three parts: it begins with an introduction and sharing, the floating and bodywork in the water, and ends with grounding on the earth, where the body feels safe to release.
The grounding is surrounded by sound healing, in order to drop deeper into the emotional body. One session is two hours; it depends on the inner process of the receiver and can be sometimes longer.
Fire Performance
Lastly, I am a skilled fire dancer with over a decade of performing. My dance is my prayer and the physical expression of my inner journey. I evoke the playful inner child, and wild woman archetypes. Be sure to see my videos and reach out about scheduling me for your next event!
Mahalo
I absolutely love what I do and it is my pleasure to support your journey of transformation, liberation and bliss.
Mahalo nui loa (thank you very much), and I look forward to working together!
Ua ola loko i ke aloha (Love gives life within)
“Why do you go away? So that you can come back. So that you can see the place you came from with new eyes and extra colors. And the people there see you differently, too. Coming back to where you started is not the same as never leaving.”

Vision
"When your vision becomes crystal clear, all fear becomes irrelevant."
Transformational Wellness Coaching:
My approach to coaching is found in "uncoaching": tapping clients in to their innate natural essences free from the pressures of society, family, or our own inner-critic. I utilize the many modalities and techniques I have learned in supporting myself through my personal healing journey, with empathy being a main tool. Together we will dismantle any shame you may hold, as shame (the feeling that one is simply wrong) is a positive-feedback cycle emotion. This means that feeling it only perpetuates the behaviors that we intend to end! Thus, moving into awareness and acceptance of all parts of ourselves and our paths is the medicine for moving beyond doubt and suffering and in to a samadhi embodied lifestyle.
After discovering your intentions in working with me, I use my intuition to discern which techniques, applied when, will be the best for you! We will use somatic embodiment practices to energetically motion your e-motions through you and help you connect more to your and the earth's vital life-force energies that are potent for self-actualization. Additionally, adventure has been a powerful teacher on my path, and elements of this will come through as we work towards connecting you to a sense of play, celebration and passion!
More on Bodywork & Psychosomatic Support:
I find it extremely fascinating and miraculous that stress is the physical manifestation of our internal dialogues and struggles, as well of course the physical toll that our repetitive movements and daily habits take on our bodies. Our minds and the ways in which we think about ourselves influences our posture- how we carry and hold our bodies over time, along with possible joint adhesions -which likewise influence our mental health and the ways in which we think about ourselves. Additionally, injuries and surgeries over time create muscular compensations, scar tissue buildup and shifts in posture. Mix in some environmental and recreational toxins and with all of these factors, tensions accumulate in the body and register as pain and discomfort. Cancer for example, can be thought of as mold of the body- not enough energy is cycling through. Energy enters the body and needs to be released. The food we eat, what we drink, any environmental/dietary/recreational toxins, the emotions we feel, the stress that accumulates, experiences with other people (as we are relational beings) are all forms of energy that we ingest and absorb. All of this must be motioned through the body and released so the body can maintain its youthfulness, its organic nature, its healthiest form and shape. Contemplation, experiencing, feeling and expressing our emotions moves them to prevent storing them as ailments, cancer and dis-ease!
Amazingly, we have the ability to physically reduce or eliminate this pain and discomfort by manually removing the tensions from the body and creating a free-flow of energy. This then has the effect of eliminating the stress that we experience mentally and psychologically.
Thus bodywork— massage, Wataflow, stretching, yoga, exercise, breathwork, etc. —helps us to relax our bodies and minds and return to a neutral state from where we can better integrate our experiences and conceive of healthy solutions. Deep bodywork (think Deep Tissue, Orgonomy, Backwalking, Lomi Lomi, Trigger Point Release and Active and Passive Stretching) can be a transcendental experience in-and-of-itself that incorporates embodiment work— focused breathwork, vocalizing, screaming, crying, movement, laughter, etc., to promote the release of tension, pain, grief, sadness, and anger that become trapped in the body if not moved. Moving these emotions makes space for joy and nourishment to again flow through the meridians, blood, cells and organs. Furthermore, relaxation techniques such as Swedish, Jin Shin Do, craniosacral, sound therapy and energy work support the “nervous” (calm) system and allow for a tranquil inner process to unfold. My integration of relaxing strokes and modalities alongside deep bodywork (think 5Rhythms dance journeys that take you from flowing to chaos to stillness) invites you on a unique and profound Hero’s Journey experience all taking place on the table. This is the somatic aspect of my work, which I recommend to implement first or simultaneously so that the psychological work can be received from a spacious and open slate.
Next the work is with the mind. Going forward, how do we prevent the buildup of stress within the body? Knowing that stress is the leading cause of all ailments and conditions, how do we manage our stress? This is the psychological aspect of what I offer. Together here we can work with various techniques - emotional release, grounding, eye-movement desensitization and reprocessing, eye-gazing, reparenting and family constellations, sacred sexuality, gestalt and voice dialogue, mantra and meta-programming and many others- to connect with the psychological origins and implications of the stress. We can meet, work and play with your inner child, also thought of as the subconscious, to discover what early programming needs to be de-programmed for your wholeness and fulfillment. We can learn how to manage our stress to overcome our physical ailments. We can learn how to reprogram our thoughts to establish healthy habits. We can learn how to establish new habits that clear pathways of pain and trauma and turn off our unhealthy genes, and discover what possibilities we may have in terms of physical activity, nutrition, social- and self-connection, passion projects etc. We can make healthy lifestyle choices that liberate us from our ancestral and childhood traumas, our pains and ailments, and essentially empower us to embody our highest potentials as beings of light and truth on this earth. This is healing and preventative work. It is the synthesis of my life’s practices and lessons, and my personal rebirth experiences, woven into an offering personally designed for you.
